Minute FudgeŽ takes minutes to fix on either your stovetop
or microwave oven.

In the Microwave
- Place 2 TABLESPOONS Butter in Black Tray - cut up into pieces
(Candy shop quality fudge requires real butter)
- Microwave on HIGH 30 SECONDS to melt butter
(stir until fully melted)
- Add 3 TABLESPOONS warm water
MEASURE CAREFULLY! (Use measuring spoons!)
- Add half of fudge mix and stir thoroughly (it will be thick and
pasty at first, but will mix in eventually)
- Microwave on HIGH 1 Minute to Heat Mix
- Remove from microwave
- Let Stand 1 Minute - (Do not disturb during this time)
- Stir thoroughly until fudge appears smooth & fully mixed
- Add nuts, peanut butter, other ingredients or flavors if desired
- Let set in a cool place or refrigerate until firm
PUT IN FREEZER IF YOU WANT IT TO SET UP QUICKLY
Cover with lid to keep soft
DO NOT OVERHEAT! Overheating may result in grainy fudge

| On the Stove Top (Note: You must use a double
boiler to avoid burning fudge)
- Melt 2 TABLESPOONS Butter in Double boiler (Use stick butter, not
margarine)
- Add 3 TABLESPOONS warm water
MEASURE CAREFULLY! (Use Measuring spoons!)
- Add fudge mix and stir thoroughly (it will be thick and pasty at
first, but will mix in eventually)
- Heat thoroughly, stirring regularly, until fudge appears smooth &
fully mixed
(Heat to 140 degrees on a candy thermometer)
- Add nuts, peanut butter or other ingredients or flavors if desired
- Pour into a wax paper lined pan or into included Black plastic tray
- Let set in a cool place or refrigerate until firm. Cover with
lid to keep soft.
